Order Form

Memorial prices include: Name, Date of birth, Date of Death, one line of inscription (approximately 25-30 characters and spaces), one emblem and shipping anywhere in the Continental U.S. and Alaska. 
Additional Inscription available for $35 per line. Additional emblems $35. 
Custom Emblems available by quote. 
Rush orders (anything less than 6 weeks from time of order) $25 + second day air cost.
One Digital Proof is included in price of grave marker, additional proofs $15.

All grave markers are dark brown.  Some appear lighter due to variations in lighting.

By purchasing a grave marker direct from the manufacturer, you are also able to work directly with the one making the marker therefore eliminating the aggravation of working with a middleman.
